3. Hosting and server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (IP address in shortened or full form, date and time, page requested, data volume transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system). This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). Log data is generally deleted after 30 days at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with our hosting provider.

4. Cookies and consent

By default this website uses only technically necessary storage technologies, including a local storage entry that records your cookie choice. The legal basis is Sec. 25(2)(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Contact and enquiry form

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or via the enquiry form, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. Data entered into the enquiry form is transmitted over an encrypted connection to the server of this website and forwarded to us by e-mail. It is not stored in a database on this website and is not used for advertising purposes.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR together with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

6. Applications

We process application documents solely to carry out the recruitment procedure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, Sec. 26(1) BDSG) and delete them no later than six months after the procedure has ended, unless you have consented to longer storage.

7. Recipients and transfers to third countries

Your data is only passed on to processors required to operate this website and to bodies we are legally obliged to inform. No transfer to a third country takes place unless the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met.

8. External content, map and fonts

This website does not embed fonts, videos or analytics scripts from external providers without your consent. No automatic transmission of your IP address to third parties takes place in this respect.

Our contact page offers a map by OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, Cambridge, UK). The map is not loaded automatically. Only when you press “Load map” is a connection to OpenStreetMap established and your IP address transmitted.
